Risk Assessment and Evaluation

The main focus is on th Cost Evaluation of Risks, as they show the direct impact to the Gross Margin. The deviation on GM should always kept low if negative and high if positive, of course. Therefore Risk Management is on of the tools to identify them and find strategies to handle risks.

Avoidance, Mitigation, Transfer or Acceptance of Risks are common strategies. Ignorance of Risks will leed to huge impacts in later stages.

Quality Risk Assessment

Another Risk evaluation tool is Quality Risk Assessment. In the early stages of a project, when engineering, decisions and procurement are in the beginning phase, these might cause even no or low impact, since the work has to be done anyhow. An early identification and taking corrective actions leads to a better understanding and improvement of a project.

Our offer

We take over the Risk Assessment, Review and Follow Up during all project phases in order to assist the Project Management to handle the Risk Management.

We identify in Workshops toegether with the Project Team, with subsupplier and optional also with customers the Risks coming from the projects environment and help to find the proper strategy. The resulting action plan will be triggered by WE.M. The Risk Reporting will be executed periodically and event based.
