Execution phase

From Handover to Basic and Detail Design, Procurement, Manufactoring, Inspection, Shipping and Installation and Commissioning, it is the phase for a Project Manager to check, control, re-plan and report.

Commissioning

The ultimate test and adjustment phase, once the Final Acceptance is achieved, the PM Team can start to organize the Project Closing Party.

Project Closing

The project works are done, FAC achieved, the proper closing is relevant to get the Lessons Learned, the final closing report and the plan vs. actual comparison.

It marks the handover of the Project from Order Execution to Service and Spare Division.
